Welcome to Kiwanis Park
Video Tour of Kiwanis Park
Kiwanis Park is a neighbourhood of just a few streets, but it is, perhaps, the most prestigious place to live in Waterloo. Lining the Grand River are sprawling multi-million dollar estates on huge lots, yet the residents appreciate the intimacy of community living. Waterloo residents place high value on Kiwanis Park properties. Situated at the very edge of the city, Kiwanis Park feels quite remote. The streets are wide and adorned with classic street lights. Its close proximity to Kiwanis Public Park and Beach Pool ensures that Kiwanis Park sees plenty of people driving through the neighbourhood in the summer months. This level of activity does mean that there is no parking available on the streets.
Public school children in Kiwanis Park are bussed to Bridgeport Public School for K-6, Margaret Avenue Public School for grades 7-8, or Bluevale Collegiate Institute for secondary school. Catholic school children attend St. Matthew’s Elementary School or St. David Catholic Secondary School.
