Welcome to Vista Hills
Video Tour of Vista Hills
Waterloo’s newest neighbourhood is Vista Hills, a developing community that will, ultimately, have nearly 2,000 homes on the western edge of the city, as the population of Waterloo, Ontario expands. Vista Hills is appealing to people who want the best of both worlds: city features like shops, restaurants and movies are within close proximity, but there is also the desired peace and quiet of a rural setting.
Nature lovers will feel welcome in Vista Hills, with acres of protected green space, ponds, walking trails and a proposed outdoor amphitheater.
A proposed elementary school is in the works, as are two strip malls for Vista Hills residents. Until the new school is built, Vista Hills students will attend Abraham Erb Public School (French immersion available) or Sir John A MacDonald Secondary School. Catholic students attend St. Nicholas Catholic School.
Vista Hills is a wonderful place to call home. There is much more to love about this locale, so be sure to visit their website.
